So you have your team and you know your brand. Now your Agent
has secured you a coveted "General Meeting." You can be sure
that the producer or studio exec will be curious to hear an idea or
two. OR maybe you've actually got a full-blown pitch meeting with the studio! In any case: this is the big leagues now, and you need to know how to throw your best fast ball. This single skill is the meat and potatoes of what makes or breaks a writer's career. The good news? We're pitching pros, having been on both sides of that meeting, and we will make sure you have all the tools you need before stepping up to the plate.
4: YOUR SAMPLES
HONING YOUR SAMPLES AND GETTING STAFFED

If you want to land your first gig, either as a staff writer or in selling your own pilot, it will all come down to your samples. They have to be well-written, unique, relevant, and most importantly reflect YOUR singular voice. We'll make sure you stand out from the crowd.
